The Neolio olive groves are farmed organically, maintaining the skills, quality and values of our ancestors. No chemical fertilisers, pesticides or herbicides have been used during any process of their growth, ensuring that the quality of the olive oil is not affected in any way - resulting in a premium grade single estate olive oil.

Unlike the blended, mass produced, commercial olive oils the advantages of a single estate oil are obvious from the unique aromatic smells, quality and taste of the region and reflect the time, care and effort that goes into producing such a high grade olive oil.

The Neolio Estate is certified as being organic by the German International certification body of organic production, Lacon Institute, to the highest requirements of the (EEC) Council Regulation No. 2022/91
