Olive Oil with Basil

In a bottle of Neolio Single estate organic oil add 2-3 sprigs of fresh basil or you may remove the stalk and finely chop the leaves. Cap tightly and store in a cool dark place for 10 days. For a stronger flavour, try adding 2-3 crushed cloves of garlic and 2-3 black peppercorns. Basil scented oil is wonderful drizzled over sliced fresh tomatoes and pasta.
