Olive Oil with Lemon (can also be prepared using oranges)

In a small bottle containing Neolio Single estate organic oil add the rind of an unwaxed lemon, cap tightly and store in a dark cool place. The oil is ready for use after 15 days. Ideally suited for salads, wild greens chicken, red meat and fish.

Citrus scented oils are particularly suited in confectionary.
