Olive Oil with Rosemary
In a bottle of Neolio Single estate organic oil add a sprig or two of fresh rosemary and 2-3 black peppercorns. The bottle must be capped tightly and placed in a dark, cool place.
The aromatic oil shall be ready after a few days whereupon it should be decanted into another bottle. Should you require a more pungent flavour, try adding a couple of cloves of crushed garlic.
